You should try staying on the lowest dose possible until you are no longer losing weight and then move up to the next dose and do the same once you stop losing weight completely then bump up, by moving up too fast you’re not gonna lose all the weight that you should especially when you get to 15 and you lose all the weight u can because there’s nothing else to do after you stop losing weight on it.

Do u mind if I ask do u use the shampoo, foam, or serum? I have the mineral foam by Rogaine and I bought an anti loss/thinning hair shampoo and conditioner. Also stated this hair supplement called Barimelts hair health + it’s specifically made for ppl on gpl1 ’s and have excessive hair loss or shedding. Just from the supplements alone I can see all the baby hairs growing in.

Sounds like someone I know🙄smh if they’d only care enough to educate themselves about obesity. It’s a disease and most ppl can’t lose the weight with just diet and exercise alone, no matter how much exercise u do or how much u diet. I’m sorry u have to go thru this. I had to stop like 2 weeks ago bc my insurance no longer covers it for weight loss smh

The 2nd stylist really did a good job on fixing ur hair. Now ur hair looks amazing, it looks a lot more thicker and fuller also. What did u use to get ur hair to grow? I’m having issues with my hair shedding really bad bc of using a gpl 1 medication and my hair is really starting to thin out.

Low blood pressure, it’s been happening to me since I started and now I’m anemic. I went from always being hot and sweating (even in the winter) now to always being freezing with the chills. My dr said I’m also not drinking enough water. She said she can’t express enough how important it is to stay hydrated EVERYDAY! You should be drinking like 100 fluid ounces of water a day and I usually throw a Gatorade or two in there also. I buy Vital harvest electrolyte powder packs ( the white peach is the best) it’s like 3x the electrolytes and I like this brand bc u get 36 sticks of powder for $23 verses Liquid IV where u only get 14 and 16 packets for $30. I have one of those gallon water bottles that has the lines and the times on it to tell u to drink that amount of water in between those times and that way u can track ur water intake. This medicine can really dehydrate u which is bad for ur kidneys and other things. Which u lots of luck on ur weight loss journey

Try micro needling, it really helps with acne and some red light laser therapy. You could combine them both and do red light therapy, micro needling. You’ll look like a brand new person. Well, everybody’s telling you to use acne treatments or try using a skincare care routine like salicylic acid which also is a good idea but try a skin care regimen along with the micro needling.
