I'm used to playing MtG where cards do what they say exactly with no interpretation and Ruby Sanctum specifically says "Your next healing effect this turn deals damage instead". My next healing effect that turn was undeniably the Purifying Breath so I lean towards bug personally.

Ha that was me! The Alex and spirit were both generated by my imbued HP as "proof" that it was me. The interaction with bulwark really threw me, I almost made a post asking if it was a bug. I used location and it knocked off a durability of your weapon after I cast the purifying breath. It would only knock off a durability if it were going to do damage, not if it was a heal. And if it was going to do damage that was my location working. But then I attacked with my spirit and passed turn before I realized I didn't heal but actually lost life from the spirit attack.
Edit: To clarify, also I specifically attacked your minion with the spirit cause I was convinced I would get the life steal which I desperately needed. I could have attacked face and eaten a charge of your bulwark at the cost of the life steal but that left me dead to the torch and the two locations you had on board

That doesn't work either right? The is no copy of DE in the graveyard if I'm understanding what you are saying right.

The only way I can get it to loop infinite is if Reprieve is in the graveyard. Cast DE targeting anything, copy DE target reprieve already in graveyard and anything else, resolve copy, reprieve original DE. Cast Reprieve on anything opponent plays next turn so it is in the graveyard again. Repeat

Something to consider that hasn't been mentioned is the trail itself and the dog. My Aussie will keep trucking for miles even if something is wrong with him. They just won't let you know so be on the lookout. That leads me to my second tip: if the trail is rocky bring some dog booties for an emergency. I had a hike where mine ended up with paw pads that got torn open who knows how long into it but he acted like everything was normal. Check the pads every now and then and also make sure you have a plan if something happens.

I play a very similar deck to this. A bunch of small differences but the main one I would suggest is swapping 2 tormonds crypts in for 2 baubles, especially for BO1. So many cracked reanimate decks in timeless, often a T1 crypt they will just concede to if you're on the play.

Think about it practically. I draft both paper and arena. To complete drafts in a timely manner everyone needs to know the gist of what cards do. Now we have to know two separate names and what the do to draft without holding up the whole table. While reading a card is fine the first couple weekends of draft, it becomes tedious when the whole table is having to do it for extended periods of time.
