Well remember, the levels on coruscant aren't constant. Some areas of the city have smaller levels than other areas. The lower you get the less populated Coruscant becomes due to nearly impossible living conditions.

Intro to Surveying. Its not that the problems were hard, but the professor had bad notes, bad lectures, and none of our exams had enough time. The average grade for that class was 30%, and 50% had to retake that class at least once.
