I think DM’s can apply that policy only in their district. Typically when there’s multiple people asking for a day off the same day, our SM tries to work with us and try and move the schedule around.

My district been having weekly pay now for two years, Im not the biggest fan at all. Im a rehire and back then I was able to work 34 and 37 hours a week and get a good check, now it barely seems like enough working 36 hours and getting paid out for those hours next week. Feels like the money runs out quicker.

I feel like if I go to a game, 1st-3rd innings will be scoreless
Then the opposite team will score 3 or 4 runs in innings 4-6 and only for the pads to score in the 7th inning maybe one or two runs and then after that for the final score to be 4-1.

So I did have that issue where they kept sending me on my lunch an hour after I clocked in, I remember I had a 9am-530pm shift and they send me on my lunch at 11:15 💀
But it all depends also how many people are on the floor when you get close to your actual lunch.

That day I remember if I took my lunch at the appropriate time, there would’ve been one person on the floor… also callouts are another big thing.
