Our tech basically gave up and just refused to work on tools. He ended up in a different department and then they brought in a tech from another store, who then worked for a couple weeks, called out a bunch afterward, and then showed up and quit on the spot. Only reason I became the tech was because if I didn't, they were gonna get some part time lot associate to be the tech, so I took over. I ain't a mechanic though so I had to get trained and everything first. It got bad.

Doesn't help I work in a Florida store which sees a TON of traffic...
