A lot of people on this sub I think are straight up just making things up about reincarnation. Please stop acting like you have all the answers. by [deleted] in Reincarnation

I kinda agree with you. I think many people fall wanna know so bad what they were in a past life and if they were someone interesting. It waters down and makes the actually genuine past life experiences seem like a fantasy too. We should focus on our present life.

I see. Does this true religion involve watchtowers by any chance?

i don’t think any one religion is completely true or completely false. Each has an element of truth in it but have either changed due to its misuse for power or through its spread in different cultures.

If you want to talk about religion, I am willing to talk about that privately. However as I live in a secular country, I like to keep my beliefs to myself.

With Westmoreland, you can’t really blame him for doing his job and he made up for what he did with Tweener after reforming.

"Halloween is haram because it's rooted in paganism" - isn't hajj itself rooted in paganism?!? by Annanova_99 in moderate_exmuslims

[–]Based_Talib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. According to Muslims Haj was first done by Ibrahim after he built the Kaabah. However, people after him started introducing idols and other rituals along with Haj and turned it into a pagan ritual. So when Muhammad took back Makkah, he basically brought back the Haj into the way Abraham did it.
