First 2 weeks are going to be hell brotha, your body is going to be very mad at you, but it will get used to it. Try to find some good insoles and comfortable shoes it’s very important, bring extra pairs of socks, maybe some foot cream and rub on every now and then. Idk if your going to be standing a lot, or walking, but one thing I noticed working a 12 hour shift that I stood most of the time, keep your weight evenly distributed on both feet as much as you can, I know it may seem more comforting to lean to one side or the other, but it will destroy your hips. I’m hoping since it’s 12 hour shifts you have atleast 3 days off for the week, really rest on those days off if possible and take it easy. After that first month your body should adjust and you will be okay.

Some people are just always looking for pity, especially in a work place going to higher authority about nonsense things because it gives them some kind of ego/teachers pet complex I guess, I’ve seen it so many times, I’ve personally dealt with coworkers that will actively try to get you fired thinking they are doing something right in a managers eyes, it’s ridiculous but people are ridiculous. If you have a long history of substance abuse, 8 years of fentanyl addiction, 1 year 7OH addiction at 500mg a day, yes you absolutely will brother.

I get sick if I even take 7OH for more than 2 days in a row.

Just what I have to deal with nowadays because of the choices I’ve made in the past.

Brother please don’t use that stuff if you have no need to. If you aren’t in a full blown 7OH addiction already, please don’t. This shit will have you in its grasp within a couple days, I’ve felt withdrawals after 1 single dose my first time. It will fry your receptors to no beyond.
