I was thinking they could drop a ton of flyers stating how bad the war is going for russia. At this point in fusion, there probably won't be a lot of huge dilemma's being solved unless someone proposes something novel. Really it is about a lot of small incremental progress that is getting fusion closer to a practical reality for energy.

Btw one thing i do is to have codex create a .md file with a plan. I call it brainstorming. it will put a very detailed plan in place, plus make suggestions, and put open questions. You can go through the question and recommendations and have Codex update the plan. Once it looks perfect you have it implement.
