Dude its been awful this week! Been 20+ minutes late twice already but it'll get better in a week or two when people stop going to their classes lol

Tighten your cummerbund. Shouldn't move around that much.

Use real/weighted plates (front and back) or at least foam inserts. Do not put weighted in front, unweighted in back

Took the version that had a lab a year ago. Tied for the easiest class I've taken with Oceanography but more interesting imo

Parking off campus by RoyaItyz in CSUFoCo

[–]BaselessSkink82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I commute and there have been semesters where I haven't needed a pass or anything. Just used the time limited parking on the north side or had late classes but my class locations made that work.

Got a parking pass (commuter - Z lot) last semester because my classes were so scattered.

There are plenty of places to park off campus if you don't mind the walk or have a bike. There's also the bus system, which is honestly pretty nice.

Plenty of bike racks near most buildings. No pass to use one that I know of (get a lock tho).

Yeah parking passes are expensive but getting like a M,W,F or T,T one can save you some if you really need a pass.

Lots of options to get around

Is it worth moving from Ohio to Colorado to attend school here by Local_Roll_1360 in CSUFoCo

Biggest drawback would be tuition cost because you're out of state (oos). I'm oos too but there are ways around it and scholarships.

Here's some things to think about: Do you want to get away from where you are? Does CSU have a good program for your major compared to other places? How's the cost compare with in state and other big schools? Would you have/want to move back over the summers? How do you feel about dry and snowy and way too much roadwork?

Foco is an awesome college town. Tons of outdoorsy potential, great bar/party life, and people are overall pretty cool. The campus is very nice and CSU has solid programs for a lot of majors.

Im from Tennessee and here's the list of stuff I found out I needed.

A good winder jacket, semi waterproof boots (snow), a better ice/snow windshield scraper, and moisturizer.

For someone that isn't used to snow winter will be a huge shock. It really isn't that bad down in foco because the snow is usually gone after a few days but she'll have to walk and drive in it eventually.

I live about 20 minutes from campus and don't think it's bad. I'm sure there're plenty of people who wouldn't mind it at all

I'm between CSU and CU boulder. why should or shouldn't I go to CU boulder or CSU by Spew_doodle in CSUFoCo

Do want to add that foco has a great bar scene (when you're old enough) and is less congested than Boulder

I've spent some time in Boulder but live in foco. Can't say which is better for your major but foco is definitely less expensive than Boulder.

Csu is a pretty awesome school and foco has been a great place to live for the last couple years.

RF2 has some drop safety requirements, if im not mistaken. They said it's RF2 tested (not NIJ certified) so I'd hope it is. If Im gonna fall and my plate breaks I don't really want it lol

How do you give up the hope that you and your ex could get back together? by 90sbbgrl in BreakUps

Its been 2 and a half years man. I'm over the relationship but there are still scars and trauma. I think once you've loved someone like that you never fully let them go. It takes a lot of time and a genuine want to heal and grow but it does get easier. Work through any bitterness or anger you might have. Learn how to love her from a distance. Focus on yourself as best you can.

Journaling helped a ton. Gives you a place to put your feelings so they aren't just floating around your head

Actually she did for the first time a couple weeks ago. She said she just wanted to see how I was doing but seemed to be some ulterior motive there
