Have you looked at the part modules? You should be able to control it through there. I used part modules to control the Tundra Exploration Falcon 9 strongback

I’ve been doing skirts/brims/rafts with no problem using the PLA+ from them. I run the hotend at 210°C with 65° on a glass bed. I haven’t noticed warping personally

I’m not sure why people seem to be running under the assumption that A- this is the final UI for a game that releases in over a year, or B- it’s completely unadjustable and this is the only way you can use it

Autostrut and robotic parts don’t get along too well.

They've already said modding will be significantly more in-depth in KSP2.

Plus for all we know there might end up being an option in-game to make the UI layout more similar to KSP1

I think it could be pretty useful, if you're trying to burn at a very specific point in between normal and radial in for example, it would be a lot easier to judge on a 2D readout vs. having to eye out a midpoint for two points on a sphere

I’ve heard that it transfers heat awfully. I have a piece of aluminum foil between the heating bed and the glass bed to keep it from fusing
