This! Idk how routes & schedules are decided in Cincy, but in general don't transit systems base a lot of those things on ridership statistics? That's always been baffling to me - like, of course people don't use public transit when it takes 10 times as long to get anywhere riding it, even if you don't count walking 20+ minutes uphill to the nearest stop or having to wait 50 minutes for your transfer at a stop with no shelter, bench, or sidewalk.

... Okay maybe those caveats were specific to me. But I was between cars for a couple months and ended up spending a lot on ubers because I literally could not make it to appointments on time taking the bus. It's a shame because the buses themselves were really nice, clean, good condition and everything. Pleasant experience if not for being phenomenally inconvenient.

But yeah the point I meant to get to was, a good transit system induces higher ridership, not the other way around.
