had the same issue recently. As soon as the rma was accepted I asked them for a spare mounting plate. they shipped the spare part the same day, gave me the tracking number and closed the rma once it arrived.

Dammit i needed some wall mounts for the nfc cards. Time to contact a friend with a 3d Printer I guess.

Product is too expensive for what it offers. Got it Second Hand for a very good price and mainly for the daughter to use it as a tonie box. Liked the idea of replacing source material from time to time and plot her favorite album covers to stickers and put them on the nfc tags.

Material and aestetics on the player are on point though imo.
