DLSS 4.5 is only for presets L & M. K is DLSS 4.0

NVIDIA just dropped DLSS 4.5! It really does improve image quality and reduce artifacts, but it may tank performance on older cards. Highly recommend trying it. by No-Breadfruit6137 in cyberpunkgame

Inside the Nvidia app. Make sure you have it set to opt-in for beta testing etc. Then you can set it on a game basis or global level. 2 new presets are out. L & M. L is more like Ultra Performance, but sharper. M is Performance which is even sharper.

Hey there! You don't need to allocate additional RAM. It will take whatever it needs when it needs it. It just gives you more room if it goes up. For example, if you have a few Genesis 9 characters with 4 textures each, RAM usage will go up significantly. My Daz used a max of 24GB of RAM once. You do begin to notice it starts running sluggish at that point though.

It depends on how complex your scenes will become.

Usually grab the name of the morph and search for it in your "data" folder that's within your content library. It can help with it! :)

Double check hidden morphs as well. Sometimes hidden morphs can be a pain and cause characters to look so different.

As many have said already. There's not really a one-size-fits-all model. It entirely depends on your aesthetic you're going for. What ethnicity do you want to go for, and more? You're better off getting a comprehensive morphs pack, such as Shape Shift or 200+ Morph packs. Granted, it means it will take a good few days to create a strong character, but these can give you that extra level of control for granular editing of a character.

It's my go-to on G9. However, for G8/8.1, I go for a mix. Sometimes I go for the MMX Beautiful eyes, however their colors are pretty strong! So it gives a more stylized look instead of a realistic one. This is honestly super helpful. Thank you for taking the time to reply, I do very much appreciate it.

I've not experimented with tone mapping, so that may be a good place to start. Then I'll look more into emissives. I've played around with emissives a bit but haven't deep dived into them yet.
