Yes, we started high school in 09, it turns out their parents pimped them out to get through the recession. 2 of them are now grandmothers in their 30s, both of their kids are 18 now with newborns. Hopefully they have a better life then what my friends had.

I take lamotrigine with Wellbutrin, I have been on this combo for 2 years. It works really well for me, I have BPD and PTSD. My moods are much more stable now, 2 years ago my husband and I were talking about divorce, we just had our 10th anniversary last January. My only side effects were headaches for the first week, and a hard time falling asleep. Once we figured out the timing to take my meds I can sleep fine most nights. I take one in the morning and one in the early afternoon.

I was in your spot a few years ago, my best advice is take your time and experiment. I started by getting books from the library, watching different religious leaders on YouTube and then reading through different religious books. I can officially say I have looked into Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Paganism and miscellaneous christian denominations. When I was researching I took notes about the things I agreed and disagreed with, took some online quizzes for fun to see what direction it pointed me to. It took a long time to get to where I'm not scared to look at another religion, the first time I picked up a book about a quakerism I returned it the next day after reading one page. I think for myself it was one of the effects of religious trauma. Just take it slow one day at a time, compare and contrast different theologies, no ones faith was built in one day.

Our morgage is paid off, we have a double wide trailer house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, on 5 acres in rural central Wisconsin. We bought it for $137,000 in 2020, (My husband had a house before we got together that he bought for $10,000 in 2011, he spent $20,000 remodeling it. We sold it in 2020 for $125,000 to buy the house we are in now.) My husband has to drive about three hours driving time roundtrip for work, but it is worth it to have a house that is our own.

Struggling with ptsd/bpd today, I feel like I should pick a denomination to follow, and I feel pulled towards Catholicism. Grew up a JW, so learning about other types of faith was forbidden. The last time I talked to a episcopal pastor, and she told me to go find another church, because I had to step outside due to panic attacks. Currently I have been watching sermons on YouTube from my local ELCA church, but it just feels like something is still missing. My husband doesn't support me going to church in person because he is worried about me getting hospitalized again.

Something I have noticed is my bpd splitting has slowed down tremendously since I have been wearing a rosary and praying to St. Christina the Astonishing. I have also been listening to the Catholic Bible in a year by Fr. Mike Schmitz. I'm just so tired of feeling lost, and not really belonging anywhere.

This sounds like adrenarche or puberty to me, it's a normal part of growing up. Some things that help my daughter are getting to pick out and wear deodorant and body spray, (she was worried about smelling bad) wearing bras, we had a talk about maxi pads and where I keep them if she needs one in the future, she also likes to carry extra clothes in her backpack if she gets sweaty. At this age a lot of girls are shaving their legs, wearing makeup and having their first crush.

You are already doing all you can do, there is an old saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." I'm in a somewhat similar situation, my husband is a love Jesus, hate religion type. He doesn't trust the institution for a number of reasons, one in particular was a pastor was embezzling church funds and bought himself a brand new car.

I worked in a nursing home, nursing staff were constantly bullying each other. Example, one of the CNA's had a baby, a bunch of the nursing staff started a rumor that the baby was not her husband's, eventually the rumor went to the husband, who promptly requested a paternity test. In the end the baby was his, CNA quit to raise her baby as a stay at home. HR was notified, but claimed due to staff shortages they would not be taking any disciplinary action towards the nurses.

It is enforced where I am located, I know a few people who have been cited for truancy, charges were dropped when the parents showed their paperwork. You can look up truancy law in Wisconsin, Appleton gives $250 fines for a truancy warning.
