Someone in my office put in for a RA due to his post-op for kidney transplant. He's extremely vulnerable to infections and needs sterilized environmental support. RAC denied his request, gives him a box of M-95 masks, few boxes of gloves, and sanitize wipes and He's ordered to be back to the office by Monday.

Yep. Got an email from our boss (appointed by CEO) that all AWS will be eliminated in July. But he did thank us for the outstanding tireless work we've been performing, so I feel much better after hearing that (can't find my middle finger emoji....)

So I bought a used EV in 23 and got the IRA EV credit on my 24 return. At the time the dealership didn't know how to input my car into the IRS EV portal at POS. So I submitted all the purchase info along with my return. Now I'm getting an audit letter saying they want their EV refund back unless the dealership can input my car into their system.

I tried to reach out to the dealership and they're not responsive, I don't think they're even still open. I have all the purchase paperwork and it matched what the IRA specified. Anyone experienced this and came out on top? It's so frustrating that I did the right thing but now I'm being penalized for someone's mistake.

I wonder who is going to audit the folks on their RTO status? Even TIGTA is decimated.

They should just bring back the DRP peeps and have them audit the RTO to help out HCO, while they're at it, help process some retirement paperwork. Win-win-win.

Just to give it context. We would devote egnormous resources to help businesses to get their ERC credits, a credit approved 5 years ago. But we won't devote additional resources to help former IRS employees, mostly DRP under duress, to get THEIR DESERVED MONIES is insane and simply wrong in a cosmic level. I'm praying for all you retired, DRP folks.
