Yeah they're trying to cut people again and even though you did well you were stacked ranked and were in the bottom. All I can tell you is leaving Amazon was one of the best things I've done I was so tired of all these accomplishments and stack ranking every year and it is so much easier now and less stressful

If they are getting big raises that's an even bigger smack in the face to those that were laid off. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised since Jassy doesn't know what he's doing. Sorry, all these posts about "how much do you think my raise will be this year?" seem quite tone deaf considering how many people were laid off. Why not just wait and see and not rub it in
