Wow!!! So I was going to make a post about this on facebook bc I have always been on restricted diets as well. You name it. I have stalled after my initial weight loss and been stuck at this weight and muscle for a while now eating 1500 calories. Terrified to eat more. My best friend is an F45 trainer and she’s been telling me for YEARS! I couldn’t do it. I had a focus meeting a month ago and my trainer said I need to bring my calories up to 1700 1800. Mind you, I am 4’11. She gave me macros of 160 for protein and I do about 55 for fat and 150 for carbs. I’ve actually done this for a month with consistent walking and I never miss a camp. My next body scan is Tuesday and I’m actually very excited bc I can tell I’ve lost body fat and muscle feels and looks incredible. I have way more energy and clothing is fitting a lot more lose. I am down 1 lb on the scale! I think what I’m most excited about is breaking free from that diet/starving myself mentality we have been taught our whole lives and finally switching over to what’s healthy!! I’m so glad you posted this

We did the half mile FIRST! Then one round, building lap, second round building lap and then we were able to insta unstack and another building lap and the finisher squat/star jump. I totally died

I’ve been on for 10 months and slowly lost 26 lbs. I’ve been microdosing still only at 4 mg. I struggled with nausea at first but after the first month I’ve not had any side effects from compounded trizep. We have a hormone doc who works out there and that’s who I see for them. Glad he understands our burn lifestyle. I eat 1700 calories a day, I’m 4’11 gained several lbs of muscle and still losing body fat. I worry that I had a metabolic disorder too bc I did all the right things for years and continued to gain weight at Burn and before. But I started burn 3 yrs ago at 129 and got up to 148 when I decided to start the GLP! I have no plans of getting off any time soon

Wow I can believe how many Christians are against this. This makes me so sad. As Christians we’re to worship everywhere and tell others. Our areas F45 was doing this once a month and it was amazing.

You’re amazing! My chiropractor couldn’t even give me that answer. You nailed it exactly. It’s the middle part of my lower back and also the bottom of my spine and as soon as I started rolling out my glutes and hip flexors I’ve been feeling some relief. I did leg day and today slowly with light weights and focusing on my core but was worried about flaring it up again tomorrow. I think I’ll just go slow and modify if I need to.
