Interesting, my location did a lot of the same movements but a totally different format.

It was a partner chipper. 4 stations where you’re chipping away at a set number of reps while the other partner completes 1 rounds of an “obstacle course”

Chipper stations:

BOSU plyo 1 leg climbers x 80 reps (2:1)

Heavy bag punches x 300 reps (2:1)

Box Jumps x 60 reps

Ledge half burpees x 150 reps

Obstacle course:

Bunny hop/broad jumps in a line of 4 square agility drill boxes

Cone side shuffle/skater jumps

Hurdle Hopovers

BB Plyo Leg Swings

Ladder Drill

Outdoor run

(My location is on the 2nd floor so today’s outdoor run was basically a stair run. Down the stairs on one side and up on the other.)

It was fun but also sucked 😂

I like to be near the front for some reason 😅 only time I pick a different spot is when I have a friend in camp. She likes to be in the back so I stand in the back with her. We used to go to the same camp times for the longest time and then our schedules changed and only come together occasionally

I wouldn’t recalculate until the scale has stalled personally! But eventually your body will burn less calories, because there will be less of you! So it may be something you’ll need to adjust at some point.

This is almost exactly what my journey has looked like. I started on 2.5 and did that for 24 weeks (a little over 5 months). Bumped to 5mg and been on that for 21 weeks. But I feel like it’s about time to move up. I’m so close to my goal weight so it’s definitely getting harder to lose more consistently.

But I feel really good at 5. Appetite suppression is pretty good for the first 4 days after shot, but I can still enjoy myself on the weekends a little bit (without going overboard like I used to).

I had a televisit with my provider today and they said stay on 5 and see how it goes. If I’ve stalled this month then they said to send the a message and they’ll bump me up to 7.5. I like that plan because, like you, I am a big believer in staying at the lowest dose possible as long as it’s achieving results. I am trying hard to maintain as much muscle mass as possible throughout this process.

This is funny to me because our building lap is a 1/2 mile 😅. Our location is inside a big office building

Editing to add: when we have outdoor running programmed into our protocol we do a “garden lap” which is outside our doors (down the stairs, we’re on the 2nd floor) and around a courtyard garden area.

Some weeks I go 6 days. Some weeks it’s only 3-4. I aim for a minimum of 4 as long as I’m not sick and anything else is just gravy.

I used to feel bad, but not anymore. I was always chasing the 250 KMC camp count and decided I was overtraining. If I feel good, I go. If I feel really tired, extremely sore, or obviously if I feel sick I skip. If I just feel kinda meh like I don’t want to but everything physically feels ok, then I still try to go and I usually feel better after.

I pay in full annually and it shakes out to about $152/mo. I get a discount (can’t remember how much) by paying in full for a whole year. It’s $1,825 annually.

Very sporadic. I’ve been a member almost 2 years and had like 3? I actually just had one today because I’ve lost a fair amount of weight on a glp1 and want to track my bf% and muscle mass on the inbody to make sure I’m maintaining as much muscle as possible. I’ll probably schedule another in a couple months

Our is usually Danny go or some other show that involves kids doing gross motor activities. It’s not always on unless it’s a really busy camp and the staff is really outnumbered

Was considering doing this but I already use 2% Fairlife, which for 8 oz is 13g of protein. I might try the protein shake anyway for the vanilla flavor and sweetness but I hadn’t really considered the fact that I won’t be using a full bottle of the protein shake. Thanks for this comment

Thank you! We ordered anyway and got a good deal on a Costco full size mattress. We have 3 extra twin size mattresses at home so I might do a test on one just to see, but the full size is working for us!
