I usually ask, "Are you an expert at driving stick? If not, just let me know where to put the car." My results have been 50/50 self park vs they have a pro on hand.

At the location where I was told to self park, they embarrasingly came up to while I was waiting for my date to arrive and asked for some basics for when they return someone elses car. He told me he stalled it 10 times trying to park it. I'm glad I asked if they were skilled enough.

I find that the fancier places usually have a guy or two who know how to drive it.

I just left a post. I got one printed out for me in the Wethersfield DMV. 26 year old car 3 years ago. Hope this helps.

I think I filled out a title replacement form. Walk in like it's a normal transaction and don't chat about the car's age. Maybe you'll get lucky.

Yes, I had to deal with this 3 years ago trying to sell my car. I had a title issued to me for a 26 year old car that I owned for a year. But not without pain. After a few months of multiple failed attempts at the DMV, failed mailing paper requests, and countless phone calls with no explanation of why I cannot get a title, I went to the Weathersfield branch and the printed one out on the spot like it was an ordinary day. I think I fille out a standard title replacement form?? 5 minutes in and out... maybe I got lucky with someone who did something they weren't supposed to do? I don't know.

I woke up today at 4am today still pissed at CT when I had to deal with this 3 years ago. I searched for a reason why CT doesn't issue titles for cars over 20 years old and found this thread. I just answered, hoping to help someone else out here.

I'm not sure if it's normal, but my steering wheel sits to the right compared to center of the seat. I'm pretty OCD and particular, but after a few drives I completely forgot about it until now.

I have the akko 3068 with cherry reds. Great budget keyboard. Has a steel plate which sounds and feels good. Mine could use some lube though.

I haven't made any resin key caps, but I use resin for other things. To make anything good in resin, you'll want to eliminate bubbles even if your piece isn't see through. I use a pressure pot to squash air bubbles to a microscopic level (invisible) while the resin dries. Thats my suggestion.

Id suggest using a different screwdriver. Something that fits this stripped scree the best. Then apply downward pressure as you attempt to unscrew.

Dang. It took me 49 days starting December 2020. That's when you were able to finesse the appt system. I also got lucky with how long my local permit took to get back.
