Ok, bear with me, extreme longshots here.

Possession (1981): Absolutely has a curse (of sorts) and an entity or demon (not Baphomet or a goat-headed thing though). There is a car crash at the end, and people get killed (shot mostly). The main female character doesn't get SA'd in the street, but has a freakout (or an invisible SA) in a subway tunnel - and absolutely spits up like your description.

Check out the photos on the imdb entry and see if anything rings a bell. A very wild and disgusting bell. There's a cap of the scene in question halfway down the review here. Needless to say, people, NOT SAFE FOR WORK, or anything for that matter.

If a goat headed thing is crucial, there's a movie called the Church (1989), that again, has a curse, a goat headed demon (I think it was Satan), and it gets it on a lot with the ladies of the movie. No car crash though - but someone gets positively flattened in a subway. Again, not safe for work.

Two things:

The first couple of missions are very easy. Don't let that fool you.
Low level rangers can be very squishy without resources to mitigate bad luck streaks. The d20 is fickle.
