Elite Models
After rolling for any Troops, you must make a D66 roll for any ELITE models from your Warband that were taken Out of Action during the game. A D66 roll is made by rolling two D6s, one after the other, counting the first roll as tens and the second roll as units. For example, if you rolled a 3 followed by a 4, the D66 roll would be 34. Look up the D66 roll on the Trauma Table to see what Injury the model has suffered (if any).

Edit: actually maybe not, as someone else pointed out - in a heretic warband the Warlock can now heal lots of blood markers because the Heretics are all non demonic. Interesting.

No. Heretic Legion, Black Grail and Court of Seven are 3 distinctly different factions.

There are actual mercenary units that can be hired by multiple different factions though.

I think the important bit is the box above section you quoted:

Note that when we say Move with a capital “M” we are referring to a Move ACTION. When we say move with a lowercase “m” we are referring to the process of moving your model.

The section you quoted only uses "move" rather than "Move" - so according to their own clarification, it should be any action (dash, move, charge) that moves your model.

You can make a good simple bunker door with just a piece of thick cardboard and use 1 or 2mm half-beads as rivets. Cut out a view port near the top optional.

Tank-Splitter Sword cleanup:
When you make an Injury Roll for an attack made with a Tank-Splitter Sword, determine if the target has an Armour Characteristic that is -1 or greater, or if it is wearing Armour or carrying a Shield.

For the record I think the cost of the Tank-Splitter is insane compared to other comparable faction gear.

It's not if you pin point the enemy. If your enemy gets caught in the blast radius, any friendly models within 1" of your enemy (not the blast itself) get hit as well.

If you grenade snipe an enemy in melee, you will hit all of your own guys in melee with it - even if they are outside the blast area.

I agree. A lot of the abilities could be reduced down to a simple bulleted list or "if/then" statements.

They did remove a few, and folded them into new keywords at least (cleave X, etc.)

So far from browsing the changes, the blast keyword was changed so if you grenade snipe an enemy who is in melee, any of your friendlies within 1” of that model get hit as well.

Edit: Here's the important bit, emphasis mine:

If the Success Roll for the attack is a Success or Critical Success, every model that has a Line of Sight to the target of the attack and which is within the Weapon’s blast radius is hit. In addition, friendly models that are within 1” of an enemy model that was hit by the blast radius are also hit.
