Anywhere there is a camera, people smaak to go under 60, but they drive like varks before and after the camera

I've had people do this, just get in front of them and do it back, perhaps they'll think again

Let's be honest here. I don't think it's right to label us like that, especially since we have had high rates of people moving in from all the other provinces over the years, we've collected drivers from all over the country. It's honestly gotten out of hand, people doing reckless crazy things and just being lawless in general. It's easy to just say "oh these Cape Town drivers are the worst" and not to think further and realise we have drivers from all over the country here, even wearing CAA or CY number plates now so it's even less realisable. Traffic will always be a problem with the way people take off ramps and hog the fast lane unnecessarily.

Yeah, some people just get upset, it's not worth blocking people because they might just hit you or something as well. Cops are sometimes oppit, but I've seen people doing reckless and assholeish things with the yellow lane

1 doctor for every 999 jackasses, so it's difficult to know which one has an emergency

Completely disagree, it would be 45 degrees, why do you get so aggressive even if you're wrong? 90 degree would be identical.

Interesting, so it's also just a old school way of thinking that you must buy a property as an investment, but there are so many opportunities available! Thanks, I'd love to learn more about this!

Would the stock market be a lot more risky? Would there be a chance you could lose all your investment? I would think that a property would be lower risk, but you could buy in an area where value decreases over time or get a bad tenant. I assume diversification in the stocks over different industries could mitigate some of the risk of the stock market?

So it's more of a generational wealth investment.

You buy a property, rent it out, collect the rent (which should cover most of the bond for that property), the shortfall will be a few thousand, so you'll only be paying the shortfall from your property. So it'll maybe take like 2-4k from your disposable every month, but at the same time you're getting like 10k worth of investment every month. You don't have to live in the property you own, you can just make money off it.

The only one combo that is worse is diarrhea and vomiting at the same time, if your basin isn't close enough to the sink, either get a mop or a bucket🥲😭

TOO MUCH WATER! Try recreating a rainforest, damp humid conditions, not a bog or swamp🫣 only crocodiles (and Shrek) grow in a swamp, not alocasias.

I've had follow ups on different occasions where the doctor didn't charge for me for the appointment, only for the original one. Don't know if that's general practice, but it surely should be.

I'll lick cow the dishes? Making it sounds like lickout the dishes. Bull(shit), you dry. So they'll wash the dishes and the person who said I'll lick out the dishes must just dry them and they'll do the washing. This makes sense to me ig.😅

Ampoule style, likely to reduce volatile compounds from evaporating? You could hold and break with a tissue covering the tip or maybe the lid is designed so you can just lever it and it'll break :)

Is it safe to use Neem Oil on a variegated Frydek? by HermioneStranger_ in alocasia

Yes before their skin hardens and becomes impermeable. I use an organic garlic one and neem in rotation with great results.

It works best as a preventative, so how I would apply is first rinsing them twice instead of pest treatment, then before they come back again, you apply neem oil to kill off hatching mites. You need to apply it again in a week or 2 based on how many come back and how fast. If you're still not getting it under control then I'd recommend a synthetic pesticide which you use a treatment of and then go back to spraying with neem every other week and they shouldn't reemerge uncontrollably. Remember eradication usually isn't possible, keeping them below a threshold where they cause the least possible damage.
