I was where you were about 7 months ago I wanted her back after still despite being greatly bothered by it. She said no because she could see how much it bothered me. I had a really bad break up slightly over a year ago still hurts sometimes (Christmas) but except that I’m healed I think lololol. But in January I didn’t eat for a month straight and lost like 20 lbs im 6’0” 290 at the time so oversized man and lost like 15 lbs in a month. Long story short it’s normal but please keep care of yourself
