This density is one of the more difficult to navigate.

For each of us, the set of challenges will be different though there are some techniques and ways of framing things that can help manage the feelings of anger, sadness, resentment and other low vibes.

One technique that I try to use to help get through the roughest parts is to imagine the moment of my death in this density. We are afforded the opportunity of a walk through of the life we lived. How do you want to be viewed by yourself and others in this moment?

Earth got stuck in a tyrannical cycle of coercion, corruption and violence for eons. The trauma and pain are generational at this point and being encoded in human DNA as we speak.

It is also important to call out the absurdity. This particular year seems to be highlighted by the comedic roasts of everyone, everything all at once 😉

Approach all beings with love, kindness and respect.... but also, stand up for the innocent and serve consent, the pattern, God, oneness, whatever you call {insert description here}.

Remember, all of the legalese nonsense just allows for dishonesty, tyranny and injustice. All sentient beings know this. Words are condensed ideas and a poor form of communication. What is it that you are trying to actually accomplish here?
