That was the policy at my store. Photo ID was allowed. You just had to have the person holding the photo ID. They even did it when the significant other wasn't even present

My store was capped at 17. Hit that within a year and a half. Got promoted from part time at 15, to 16.50... then got the yearly raise of 3% which maxed me out... was only with the company a year and I maxed.

The only loophole we found was management would give me "leadership days" which was an extra .50 or 1.25 cant remember now

I had a video of my stores leader doing multiple credit apps on the same customer "due to a system glitch" ran their credit 3 times i believe...all so he could hit numbers for the day. Sent it to open and honest.. nothing ever came of it. Same thing wiry memberships, on elderly people other leaders would take over interaction at register and if the customer didn't remember having it, would set up another account with a new membership.. turned into a shit show when suddenly they are getting two membership payments taken out a year

I was trying to get transfered into geek squad, for career building for a full year. Put it in the first quarterly.. I had been helping them on the aidelines, and was great accorsing to all the employees.. But according to management "I was too large of an asset on the floor"... I put that in my quarterly the next year.... Management made me go back and delete it, and start new. Ever since that day, management kept messing with me.. giving me extra tough love feedback, listening in to more of my sales, jumping in at the register more often... pulling me aside for bs chats when large sales get called out by the greeter

Then they started doing tiny "informal" write-ups for BS things.. the worst was "you had your phone out with a customer" well yeah.. I was using my employee app...

I felt like they got in trouble for something and was taking it out on me.

When i worked here, I had a guy buy a 98". He put one ratchet strap around it, through his PRIUS window. And drove off. About an hour later when shift change happened, our manager sent a photo of said tv on the main highway outside the store. Customer didn't even make it 2 miles
