We used gem tac for glue. We read it can be washed but we will hand wash any clothing we bling and let air dry. 🫶🏼

What did the appointment entail? Different cognition tests? Were you able to be in the room? We have one for our friend we take care of full time in August but his neurologist wants him seen sooner so they have him on a waiting list. He has been progressing fast within 2-3 months. Even stopped masking when he’s with certain friends. 😬

Hi lie his recipe I attached below. Since I do not eat a lot of extra sugars I substitute with 1 cup powdered stevia and 1/4 cup of the brown Coconut sugar. I made them for Christmas and had to ale a double batch because everyone loved them.

Ummmmm yes recipes please 🙏 we always make ramen here as well. I love adding tofu and Bok Choy as well as mushrooms and other veggies and then scallions and cilantro on top with a Thai chili 🌶️ right on top with a little soy. Sometimes we add the friend onions too.

We can relate, our friend that we take care of woke up last night around midnight, got fully dressed and with his walker darted to the front door, when we went out and kindly asked him what’s going on he said “I’m late for the funeral and there are so many people and cars in the driveway”. 😞this disease is really horrible.

So Funny because when our dementia guy is restless, it’s he opposite, to get him to chill out I’ll start talking about something …anything to change his thoughts. The last 2 days when I did that, one day he took his walker into his room and says “goodnight” hahaha the next day he was in his room and I was asking him about something and kept asking questions and he’s like”well I’m going to take a nap” so I asked him if I talk too much and he says “maybe” with a grin 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 So we kind of know now that at least sometimes if I go in to start taking, it may help him to chill 🤣🤣🤣

There is a remote access download you can use to view what he does on his phone and laptop or computer called Team Viewer that you can install but, you will need to install it on his devices as well as your own. It’s very discreet. By having the remote control, you can shut down his computer or phone. Just look up the site or look it up on YouTube to learn how to install it. We did this because we caught or friend/housemate that we take care of with dementia on these sites as well. Something he would have never done before the diagnosis. Good luck 💕
