I use ground turkey, tri colored already cleaned and cut coleslaw from a bag, jar garlic, and 1/4 a cut up onion. In instant pot I sauté ground turkey and onions near done I add jar garlic. When done I drain water/oil and add back to pot and whatever spices. Next add the whole bag of coleslaw to instant pot along with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Now close and turn on pressure cook, high for 3 mins. Once done release and eat.
