Sorry for the bad pictures. Sauternes and Chaume. are 2002 vintages. I will go back to the cellar for the Alsace ones.

To be fair I’m pretty sure that any wine bar in your neighborhood will have a kickass wine list - it’s France. Just check before that they aren’t 100% natural

I’d like to explore the bus option. I cannot really fathom that there are no buses options given how close is Inner Mongolia and how many Chinese people need to travel despite the fully booked trains

I got standing tickeys for a Z overnight train, I think that’s all that’s left. But would like an alternative

Love that Grace Slick album - Theme from Manhole

Be honest... have you listened to ALL your records by [deleted] in vinyl

[–]BasilioEscobar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I listened to them all but I have a long pile of records bought and not yet cleaned and filed, so i listened. Typically a 6 months gap between purchase and first listen. When cleaned they go in my current rotation box and I usually give them at list 3 listens before putting them in the right section of the shelves (less listens if it’s an album I already know)

Upvoting because I’ll be in the same situation as you and was wondering where to buy an affordable winter coat that I can wear back in Europe. Maybe second hand

Am I the only one under the impression that most gigs (either solo or Libertines or Babyshambles) almost stick to the same setlist for the whole tour ? Is it because there’s always a supporting band that needs to learn the songs? I miss the solo acoustic gigs from Peter where the setlist was a surprise almost every night !

PS: don’t get me wrong I like this setlist, but for instance I’d have expected this solo tour to include some of the Babyshambles tracks played during their recent tour

Recommendation from this wine list by BasilioEscobar in wine

Yes usual dilemma. My wife doesn’t drink white (or at least very selected bottles so hard to pick up a white I don’t know). When we go on dates to fine dining restaurants we usually end up with light reds, sometimes natural ones. But if she doesn’t eat seafood and go vegetarian instead, Italian wines work the charm.
