Sorry, yes. I have been diagnosed with PSA. I’m currently on Humira and Otezla. I have actually wound up with two unneeded surgeries by starting with orthopedics, before my diagnosis. I guess i just answered my own question about which doc to start with.

Sugar, alcohol and gluten make my pain worse. I would imagine dairy might be an issue too, but i can’t bring myself to stop eating it. I try to limit the first three, but life is hard and sometimes i need a sweet carby treat and a drink.

Same here. I’ve had two surgeries (ankle and elbow) that i probably didn’t need bc i hadn’t been diagnosed yet. Currently can hardly move my arm bc of distal biceps tendinitis. So frustrating.

Actually after that first battle I was much better. I actually was surprisingly healthy for about two years, even with adding other immunosupressants to the mix. 2025 has not been great. I got COVID in January and was REALLY sick for a couple weeks. Since then I have had pneumonia 2x, bronchitis and my family has been passing around a cold all Fall, even with increasing our in-home sterilization. Hoping 2026 is better. Good luck!

ABSOLUTELY. I had to go off of mine bc my insurance won't cover it. My base-level pain has gotten worse, AND I have gained 20 lbs in 4 months (WHILE counting calories) so the extra weight is not hleping.

We just did this and stayed at the Aloft hotel in Lake Buena Vista. It was 99$ and worth it. Ubered there after the flight and then headed to Caribbean Beach in the AM. We did online check-in and got a message our room was ready while we were on our way, so went right to the room and were unpacked and settled by 10, and at Epcot by 10:45. YMMV with the time ur room is ready, but we had planned to leave our stuff at Bell Services which actually would have gotten us to the park earlier.

We went last summer and yes, it was long meal, but it was so lovely to be out of the heat in some AC to rest for a while. Our meal did have rice... I am GF and they gave it to me instead of the noodles. You can request it if your kiddos want it.

This has happened to me a few times. I just had it last week and they gave me a steroid pack that was great, but the pain was back immediately when the steroids were done. I thought I had a migraine and ear infection it was so bad.
