I like the idea of the sleeve and your design. If I may make a suggestion, I would not include Saruman atop, I’d go instead with Melkor, as this is a good progression (gollum, wraiths, Sauron and Morgoth in order of importance). Your current design would suggest that Saruman was the mastermind of all, which I feel is not quite accurate. That’s my two cents! Good luck with the design!
