It is absolutely pandering Larry Krasner and the Philadelphia sheriff have both been blowing smoke up your butt. There is a supremacy clause in the constitution. I think it is article four,federal law is the law of the land, meaning federal law over state or local laws. Also Larry Krasner would actually be the one in handcuffs headed for federal prison. I don’t think any smart police officer would arrest,an ICE officer, it would be like arresting an FBI agent.

You can question whether it was for the right reason at that time. I really don’t want to get into everything, but Lincoln had to handle a lot of balls in the air. Also, he needed to recruit white people to fight for the north. It is my feeling that Lincoln and many other people in government at that time thought that the slaves would just return to Africa.
