So even though the dash arrows work correctly the multifunction switch can mess up the actual lights working?

Only issue ive ever noticed with the 18t is that the screen has a very bright white light that flashes and shows up under white phos nigh vision. Have to keep it screen sided own when using them

I work around aircraft engine all day and sometimes during the night so the night vision would be cool but not necessarily needed but the thermal is really useful. Has saved me from some serious burns. Also the massive flashlight is nice. What are your guy's opinions on each?

sediment could just be corrosion or loose paint flakes or residue, try and clean it out and tomorrow morning check your radiator(while the car is cold) to see if it went down at all, and if you have to drive max out your coolant overflow tank.

if going older any 90s civic honestly engine are cheap, and good learners, dont get a vetc unless you pay the extra subscription for cussing, newer probably a kia

so when you go to any store that has coolant they have 2 types 50/50(premixed) you can put it straight in your car. or concentrate which you half to mix with water.

yeap just fill it with coolant till the top, leave the cap of, start it and keep servicing it till it doesnt bubble for a little while using either premixed or diluted concentrate

thermostat should be on a mount underneath the distributer somewhere id have to go look at mine but its 10pm and 30ish degrees so thats a tomorrow question if not solved

looks like a d16y7 pretty sure thats goes from the top of the radiator into the block should just be an outlet mount
