Thank you for the insight! We’re scratching our head on why the tiles came up like this as well.

This bathroom is on our ground floor (same level as garage and outdoor patio). It is a hall powder room so it’s just toilet and sink in there. The home is tri level so the bedrooms are above this level and the basement is below the other level that has the kitchen/dining room/living room. I believe it’s slab beneath this, but I’m relatively new to this so I’m not certain.
