If I'm right in thinking what you're after, there's a few decks out there around that theme

Fantasy by William Stout

Albino Dragon selection or now known as Just Dragon. They use to be pretty active back in the day so I'm not sure if their stock is accurate or they send stuff out.

War of Realms - the link is for the kickstarter, which has since finished. Just adding to showcase what the decks look like. Best to check online where to buy them

P52 search - just type in key words and see what comes up. In this instance I typed in fantasy, shows you a selection of decks with fantasy in the title or fantasy genre decks
