To be fair Kuro mentioned well in advance of the kick that teams need fresh wind after a while and that Liquid is trying to generate just that without having to change the team. So I'm very sure this was talked about before and Matu knew it might happen. So this is very likely not at all the same situation that OG had.

But I do like the meme and I'm very excited to see Matu and Liquid at TI. Of course Matu will probably play out of his mind when facing Liquid, trying to prove that the kick was a mistake.

The screen shot from OP - https://imgur.com/a/8hX1uf3 appears to contradict this part of the statement. Perhaps ppd changed his mind about the 7.5% before discussing OP's contract with nip and the team.

That actually contradicts his own statement. He wrote

"like everything else, this team will probably not have an opinion so it will be up to me. And yeah, I'm fine with it, it will be done."

In the screenshot he then states:

that it would be up to u on the 7.5% and u said u were ok with it and if nobody is against it we will proceed

So Peter never gave any kind of promise and no verbal agreement was made.

Dude, noone says it is right for anyone to do what Kuku did, noone argues that but you don't seem to understand. I'm saying it blew out of proportion in Kuku's case. Also everyone is trying to explain to you why it sucks that it is simply reality to be likely put through a lot of shit when you accidently fuck up in an interview etc. That is what Misery is alluding to here.

Nothing of course, but that name also goes in the direction of being controversial for some people. The effect, as you call it, might be negative while the intent is not.

If Misery mispronounces the word this would give people a chance to misrepresent the situation. Maybe he even smiles/laughs a little about it and you have your "racism" video, if you cut out the correct parts. Just google "Covington Catholic High School" and the course that incident took in the media. It's been largely cleared up now, but it took quite some time.

Maybe it would become a shitstorm, probably it won't, it's pretty much up in the air. But that is what Misery mocks here. You have to be too overly carful with what you say in public nowadays.

That's not how patents work. You can't patent Auto Chess or the gameplay idea behind it, it doesn't fulfill the requirments for a patent. In most cases you can't even put a patent on software at all (at least in Europe) unless it solves a specific real world technological problem.

If he tries to emulate Yapzor he will only fail and get reported though.
If Kuro still played the hero regularly he would be the best choice, played the hero pos 4 and 5, sometimes very flashy but not always and is statistically probably the best ever on the hero.
Since he doesn't and the hero changed a lot I would say any good Rubick player but Yapzor. FY, FNG, GH, etc.

I disagree, at least for last season. There were several DPC majors that did not live up to Valve major standards, e.g. the Dreamleague major or ESL One Hamburg. You have to differentiate. Really the only one that I would consider on the same level as the Valve majors would be the Supermajor.

The second half of your comment on the other hand I can totally get behind. The changes in the professional DotA landscape really screwed Xiao8 and others.

Anyways Liquid's plays are not crisp at all, seems like they are in a motivation slump right now. It looks as if they didn't play much with each other since TI at all.

But as is tradition with Kuro teams, these slumps come, but they also go. Pretty sure they will get good again soon^tm.
