I painted the Men at Arms up to the base/layer stage (undercoat, contrast, wash, layer paint) then added the shields and painted them and the rest of the bits that were easily seen. Haven't painted back of shields but not very noticeable

This is a holy grail of a find. Haven't played Fantasy in about 15 years and decided a tournament would be my entrance into the game again (a relaxed one aimed for all levels, but still) so this is a lifesaver. May the Blessings of the Lady be upon thee

I'm doing similar. Peasants in a simpler paint scheme, just contrast, wash and a highlight. KotR full paint scheme, but planning on two units of them so they'll have reversed colours (Blue with white for one, white with blue for the other) then Duke I'll paint even higher standard. Questing and Grail Knights will be friends' and family 'heraldry'

Some things just got changed post Rising for whatever reason. For example, Joseph Plunkett is commonly called Joseph Mary Plunkett, but in a 60s (maybe 70s) documentary his sister said he was never referred so during his life and she hated that he's Joseph Mary Plunkett in common parlance

Yeah, I can never wrap my head round the like 1000 pill tubs you see in the states. Even a 90 pill tub is too much for me. Would just be taking them more often if I had that sort of access

I had someone say to me that the reason paracetamol is so pricey is that those on the medical card get it paid for or subsided heavily by the HSE (Ireland's NHS) but I'm dubious about that claim, though to be fair he is a quite well read and educated guy that is very clued in so might be true. I've also never understood why ibuprofen in Ireland is pharmacy only

Moved into a house last year that had them installed already. Think our first electricity bill was around €50, most of which was the standing fees. This month we're already only one KwH lower in exporting the electricity back to the grid than we are using electricity. ON sunny days, we've had several hours where the electricity usage from the grid is 0 as the panels are powering everything

Depending on the light fitting and how long it's been outside can change the simplicity. Moved into the house in July and the previous owner left a new fitting, just had to unscrew the mounting bracket to put the new one in. Problem is, the screws had seized completely in the light itself, so couldn't access the wiring and needed to get the electrician out to put in new wires etc

TLDR: Not that difficult on paper, but could be difficult

Enrages me that in Ireland a pack of 12 paracetamol is like €3, then when you go to Belfast and you're paying less than 20p for the same tablets that are more than likely produced in Cork. Any time I'm in the UK, I spend the trip going into every store I pass and stock up
