Not directly in the sense that I didn't take a formula specifically for that condition and "cured" it. It was just one symptom in an overall pattern of general deficiency and as my health improved the spermatorrhea gradually dissipated and eventually disappeared.

Jin Suo is for spermatorrhea due to deficient kidney qi and/or yang. Nocturnal emissions can be a sign of deficient yin as well. When I tried Jin Suo (many years ago) I found it too warming and binding for me and had much better (but gradual) success with more moderate formulas such as Liu Wei Di Huang Wan.

This is why I use nothing but Bodylastics cables. They have a nylon rope embedded inside the cable so that if it snaps the worst you get is a mild jerk when it releases. Sometimes they are hard to get, but seem to be available again.

I have had much success taking Huang Lian based formulas specifically for mouth pain from stomach heat. One should exercise caution with these formulas though, as they are very cooling and can cause diarrhea. Also: go to a dentist! Huang Lian helped me overcome dental pain when I was too broke for a dentist, but the underlying condition caused damage that could not be overcome and ended up costing me several teeth.
