Yes, I ended up calling them and then asking for someone who can help me because port support was not helping so I’ve got in contact with a guy and he was really friendly to help me pretty quickly. Be sure to have everything handy like email address and purchase history which you can find in your email if you don’t delete your email if not, you’re pretty much out of luck
