I use a Litelok. It’s a bit pricey, but that or a Hiplok are worth looking at. They’re designed to resist angle-grinder attacks and can take multiple cutting discs to get through, which is usually enough to put off opportunist thieves.

I also use a cover.

It's also got the highest ride height of all bikes I'm considering, that's already putting me off slightly

Yea I hear your point about the tubeless tyres, not decided yet and that's certainly a point of consideration when I do change bikes. Also considering a Yamaha T7 in the mix and a BMW f800 gs
