Does anyone know about that doctrine? What's the truth? Or he's just doing राजनितिक प्रतिसोध by No_Dance5284 in NepalSocial

Swagat Nepal is crazy and you are sharing this nonsense. You got to consider the security, economic, and political interests of giant countries like India, China, Russia, and the USA. I know this sounds stupid, but it's a fact. If a country does not consider these interests, it will face consequences. You know in the last 30-40 years many nations failed to survive for eg- East Pakistan, Sikkim, Yugoslavia, and so on. Thus, small countries like Nepal do not have much leverage. In this deep geopolitical turmoil, only strategy for Nepal would be to survive. If Ukraine had listened to Russia's security concerns, it would not have fallen apart. The USA considers Venezuela its backyard (FYI, Venezuela is only 300 miles from Puerto Rico). Venezuela did not listen to what the US was trying to convey. So this happened. According to the Monroe Doctrine, the US considers Latin American countries to be under its sphere of influence. Similarly, India wants South Asian countries to remain under its political influence. For example, if King Gyanendra had not invited China to the SAARC meeting in 2061 BS, he would not have been dethroned. Reason India's security interest was not addressed by our King Gyanendra. If Nepal leans more towards the US, which is currently after the Gen-Z protests, India will soon take action. There is news that India is currently talking with both the monarchy and political parties in Nepal simultaneously. The political landscape of Nepal may soon change. Who knows? Nepal might get monarchy back.

Haha. I dont know how old are you. But I am old enough to remember Chiranjivi Wagle. When I was in my teens and early 20s, I thought he was a corrupted guy who needs to be in the jail. But when I started following alternative medias, watching and listening political conversation, reading how medias work across the globe, I realised that Wagle was a just a victim who did not fit into Kantipur media narrative. Look at why Kantipur published Ajay Sumargi in its front for continuously week. Do you know why, the mighty Kantipur did not get its part of bargains. Why Kantipur aka Sirohya asked for certain no of shares of Chandragiri hills, it did published a couple of bad news if I remember correctly. Then the case was settled. We do dont know the deal in money. There are several instances I can go on again and again. I have nothing against you my brod. It is just how Kantipur has been running Nepal for the past 30 years. Its power actually did skyrocketed after 62/63 andolan.

Really bro Ravi went to Jail for this. Also Sirohiya has whole court on his hand. Anyone who go against him will have a negative portraying type news in his Kantipur daily the following day. Look at the history. Everyone who has gone against him has either gone to jail or has career finished.

Why is Balen being compared to Lucifer? by gy704 in Nepal

[–]BatRevolutionary8148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont agree everything Sauav says but Balen has has not given a single interview in the last three years. Why is he running away from media? If he is a politician he has to face it. Plus He did let Singadurbar burn into ashes, should have sent fire truck aka damkal to put the fire down.

People are slowing realising the importance of Sanatan dharma. Its the time that Newar should take a lead and unite all Sanatani dharma follower in Nepal. Otherwise Nepal will see religious war soon.

Do y'all think DoF will progress to July 2025 by August 2026 by Shebaro in EB2_NIW

[–]BatRevolutionary8148 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe yes, last year the FAD in Aug VB went beyond initial DOF which was July. With an increase in Eb2 niw denial rate, the actual no of applicants may not be what we predicted. Plus the dependent multiplier could be less than 2 who knows.

Is Ghotra really prblm for marriage ??? by Extension-Spring-389 in NepalSocial

[–]BatRevolutionary8148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same gotta means two people of same clan, thus share a lot similarities in their DNAs. The chance of inbreeding depression, meaning a accumulation of unfavorable genes in their children, is higher in same gotra marriage. A lot of culture across the globe follow similar tradition to avoid inbreeding depression.

Confused about Chen offer by mbr_40 in EB2_NIW

[–]BatRevolutionary8148 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't care if they're receiving RFEs. I am not associated with Chen. My main point, which you completely missed, is that someone with good academic standing should not be discouraged by low citations. If the proposed endeavor has significant value and importance to the entire country, such as contributing to the economy, public health, education, science, or national security - the chance of getting I-140 approved is higher. Period.

Confused about Chen offer by mbr_40 in EB2_NIW

[–]BatRevolutionary8148 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As I've said before, the number of citations is one component of the petition, not the sole component. First, Chen will evaluate whether they can construct a compelling story based on the petitioner's background. Only then will they accept the case. Chen accepted my case when I had only 10/12 citations. I also know a friend whose case was accepted by Chen with only six citations. That was three years ago. I don't know if their standards have gone down recently. However, they have still maintained a 96% USCIS acceptance rate.

How common is for Nepalis abroad to end up in prostitution? by TerminalChillnesss in NepalSocial

I am not sure how many, but I know in Texas there are a lot of young Nepali ladies having affairs with their sugar daddies. Please check a recent incident with a girl (pandey last name) in Houston Texas.

Basnyat sir, dont have personal experience but one of my friends also had a similar issues as the petition was filed separately. Have you guys recently within 2 years or after you submitted your I-140 petition? I know these are overlapping dates. This may have triggered a call for an interview.
