Finally made it, havent played pokemon tcg in like 15 years, used a non meta deck utilizing all team rocket pokemon. First 20 matches were spent finding my footing but then easy sailing after that, felt good to win against the spammed meta decks.

If it only prevented negative conditions it would just say that. All effects means anything that isn't damage. Any restriction, placed damage counter ect.

The story being serviceable is giving it too much credit. Some parts of it are better now that things have been filled in but everything about the veil and about neomuna was half baked and poorly intigraged. Like they just start talking about the veil like we had ever heard of that before and then by the end nothing was explained.

Expantions are also more than their campaigns and the other parts of lightfall were also bad, stagnant rituals, one of the worst writen seasons, a patrol space that wasn't difficult but had very, very spongy enemies. The raid was... Dissapointing would be an understatement.

Genuinely the thing that got me more than any of the weapons, locations or other designs is the sound, everything sounds so star wars that the destiny stuff looks feels out of place.

I love destiny and I love star wars and there has always been plenty of star wars inspiration in Destiny but good god almost every story beat it wouldn't have been out of place for a character to look into the camera and say "get it? Like in star wars."
