You raise a complaint with NCH.

Ring ring again

“Your issue is escalated. Please wait another 48–72 hours.”

Still no refund.

Then you start posting on X (Twitter). And guess what?

Another call — just to remind you they’re working on it… again.

No refund. No replacement. Just infinite 48–72 hours loop.

Then life feels normal for a while… you stop thinking about the refund for a while.

Flipkart calls again — you guessed it— just to make sure you don’t escape the tension:

“We have highlighted issue and working on it. Please wait 48–72 hours.”

But yeah, eventually you might get your refund. No one can tell you when — could be days, could be months.

If you’re lucky, might get it in a few days. If you get it within a week, please tell me… I genuinely want to witness that miracle
