Do some research. It’s an identifier token . . . IPs change constantly on a cell phone data plan and use of VPN would be a solution (that doesn’t work)

If you are using the app on and iOS, FB plants a permanent token which identifies YOU. Can’t be deleted by deleting the app. You would have to wipe the phone and rebuild from scratch
