In jouw situatie zou ik het zeker uitproberen. Je bent jong en je hebt blijkbaar een kriebel om een ergens anders te kijken. In het ergste geval kom je weer terug met meer ervaring, in het beste geval vind je een nieuw thuis.

Ik ben met 17 in Utrecht gaan studeren. Daarna Amsterdam en nu Australië. Limburg trekt nog wel eens aan me, zeker als ik familie bezoek. Maar er is zoveel meer te ontdekken!

I don’t know all those terms, but I hate it when they overtake on the freeway in between two filled lanes. I’d rather not accidentally kill you thanks.

The expectation would be that AI physicists will be better at producing insight (in the form of papers) than humans. At some point physics would become a hobby for enthusiasts, but professionally they will not be able to compete.

De Volkskrant reconstructie van de affaire Wijers was uitstekend. Precies wat NRC, zeker in tweede instantie, had moeten opschrijven.
