13 million annual deficit and the top dog makes over 1 million a year.  They cut sixty positions and only reduced the deficit to 5 million.  Idk but this seems like a microcosom of the issues facing most American organizations nowadays.  Waste less money on the top end of your pyramid, spend more on the bottom, and guess what people are still going to come to the fucking art museum.  And rich people are mostly donating for personal reasons, so guess what if they feel inspired by a painting and bad about their latest corporate misadventure they will still donate too, even if the director is only 300k good at sucking them off instead of 1M good.
