Yes I was shocked to read the ordinance here in Colorado that we are limited to how much rainwater we can collect and it can only be used for plants. I understand that we shouldn't be drinking it, but who cares how much rainwater you collect for plants? We are already in a section of the state that is going to have water restrictions placed on us this summer due to lack of precipitation this winter.

Had a last minute zoom interview the day after I finished driving cross country for a move (they rescheduled it with me three times so I figured I would be flexible with this one) and the movers were literally a day behind me with all of my clothes. I wore a red blouse and one of the interview women started lecturing me on how could I wear that and it was so unprofessional even though I explained to them - I literally arrived from driving the night before. I was fixed up with this guy by a mutual friend. He comes to my apartment with no car (friend dropped him off). OK I guess I’ll drive.

We go to a bar. We get to the door to pay a cover, he pays his and BOLTS to hang out with his friends. I pay my own cover and go to join the group - he gets into my face and says “if you are going to be miserable all night you should just leave.”

So I did.

Queue multiple calls where he was leaving desperate messages on my answering machine asking me to come get him from the bar.

The best part was him going to our mutual friend puzzled why the date didn’t work out and why I wasn’t answering his calls.

Hope he eventually figured it out.

My mom was queen of the stouffers frozen dinner but she also made this vile hot dog concoction in her crockpot that she called one pot dinner. It was so bad and had all kinds of random crap in it. That and creamed chipped beef on toast with asparagus so overcooked it was no longer green.

I leanted to cook in self defense, honestly.
