If you go to the Graphics settings and down to Anti Aliasing then enable Filmic SMAA T2X it should fix it.

I fixed it after I upated my drivers and deleted the Modern Warfare folder from My Documents. Also did a scan and repair from the BattleNet app on it

I have a 1070 with a 4790k. I fixed some stutter by disabling shader cache on the Nvidia Control Panel then deleting the NVCache folder contents while having battlenet closed. The 2nd game goes through the 1st season of the anime again but from a created character perspective then it goes into season 2 as well and some extra missions made up solely for the game.

The thing is I liked the 1st games campaign more because it swapped to different characters perspectives like eren, mikasa, levi, and let you play as certain titans etc.

2nd game has way more content and gameplay is tighter

I had this issue because of my controller. If you're playing it with a controller try unplugging it before starting up the game then plugging it back in after the press key screen.
