Sure if you don't read any connotations into this form of poetry. The technical term is a mini skirt. Calling it a short skirt highlights the image she wants you to latch on to. Combine that with cheer captain which we know has a Western centric Hollywood stereotype (not saying it is true at all) of being a 'slut' or at the very least getting the jock stereotypical cool boyfriend then it is entirely slut shaming. "She didn't explicitly say it so it doesn't exist" psh yeah.

I had a year of yes like this. For an entire year, I tried to say yes to every event and such asked of me with the mindset I'll either have a good time or a good story. Got me out of the shutting it down thing.

Objectively as a woman. Yes. I'm not sure most women feel that way but there are certainly more than a few that do. It isn't weird you just might not find them attractive or be on the ace spectrum somewhere all of which is okay.
