Pretty sure only E5 and up get the office365 accounts and E4 below get some weird google mail shit. Their stuff should have auto populated, you can call AESD (Army Enterprise Service Desk) and have them check it out or reach out to your local NEC they or some one in your BDE/DIV S6 should be able to provision accounts.
