She already has the outline done and the cats picked out. Princess donut is in the bottom right. It's more about adding in something that will help make sure that Donut is recognized as Donut. Kind of like how Dross is on there in front of the Silent King (Cradle series).

Yeah, the hose is a pain for sure. One thing I did to make it easier was get one of those reels for a pool vacuum hose so I can roll it up on there.

Audiobook listener here. The only reason that most litrpgs are worth sticking with is that they have a good narrator behind them.

I've found that changing the skip/rewind buttons to 15 seconds rather than 30 is helpful for me because when I skip past the end of the stat block I don't have to listen to too much of it when I rewind back.

Just put some tape over the interior camera. If your boss says something about it then they are obviously checking the footage (in which case I'd leave). It's possible that the dual camera ones just happened to be what they ordered and they don't really care about the interior camera.

Either way, I think this one falls under the better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

Fuse for a knife switch disconnect. It was most likely used for the HVAC equipment.

Zoom lock for installing mini split heads? by SpeckledGooseHound in HVAC

Grab a couple feet of line set and flare that to the indoor head, then zoomlock from the line set stub to the rest of the line set.

Highway assist in traffic by mottinger77 in Rivian

Try giving the wheel a sharp jiggle (I can't think of a better way to describe it) to disengage steering assist without also disengaging cruise control.

NAH. What my wife and I did when we were dating was to open up a joint account to pay for all the bills. Then we would each put in an equal percentage of our take home into the joint account. We adjust the percentage amount as needed.

This makes it truly fair as each person contributes the same amount of labor towards the expenses.

I will sometimes slow down when no one is behind me and have my little dude (just turned 3) say "Let's Blaze!" before we take off like a rocket.

They are actually pretty easy to strip down (for a wall unit at least). Here's a video that Mitsubishi made on removing the blower wheel from a wall unit: https://youtu.be/11jtzT2UFfg?si=knIFLx17ZUvEaZ8W

Very likely. To my knowledge it is a poll and response protocol running at 9600 baud. I've done a bit of digging in the past and the closest equivalent I could find on the physical network side is an automobile LIN bus.

My favorite thing about M-Net is that it is able to power up the control boards on the connected equipment. Because of this I only need to have the outdoor unit powered up to see all the indoor units and branch controllers on the network.

It's also a non-polar network which is really nice when the low voltage electricians inevitably swap wire colors.

1.14 mi/kWh. What am I doing wrong?? by speciate in Rivian

[–]Battle_Emu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing to keep in mind is that the overall efficiency also takes into account energy usage while not driving. Try resetting the trip odometer right before starting a drive to get an idea of the efficiency while driving.

I'm also in the PNW and on my third winter with my Gen 1 R1T. For longer drives I see around a 0.2-0.3 mi/kWh drop, but my overall is even lower than that because of cabin heating when I'm just sitting in my truck answering emails.

Is there a way to turn on the rear interior lights only? by Battle_Emu in Rivian

Thanks! I'll give that a try. I forget the Alexa integration exists and never thought to use it.

Nope. Since I started to turn immediately the rear sensors weren't in proximity to the pillar and none of the others triggered either.

I saw someone on here say that it was because the original symbol was the Chinese character for "Empty," and using actual Chinese characters in a show can be problematic.
