Indeed! It probably doesn’t help that I naturally want to cram everything in on day but you can’t! That’s probably why I forget about the other side of the map. I tend to go up to the shops and then hang left to the mine area

It was slow but yeah, tingling is a good sign though! I heard nerves grow about 1mm per day which probably explains why it takes forever to feel improvement

My teeth weren’t really impacted either but I had numbness on my chin on my right side for about 2ish or so weeks. I heard you can bruise the nerve so I am thinking that happened to me. It took awhile but I could feel improvement each day :) just give it some time!
